Helmsman Heavy Duty lockers were the focus of the most recent projects. We travelled to a close project in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, where our team worked alongside Farrans Construction to supply and install bespoke lockers for a care facility.

For this project, we supplied 14 two-compartment laminate lockers to accommodate 28 users of the facility. These lockers are a fantastic option for many changing rooms and locker rooms for storage due to their sturdiness in withstanding any scratches and dents, as well as their aesthetic appearance, suitable for high-traffic areas. The specification of the bespoke locker was 1800mm high, 400mm wide and 450mm deep.

The stunning laminate lockers were manufactured with an aluminium carcass and stainless-steel frame, which was powder coated in ‘Ice’ from metal colour charts. The lockers were completed with ‘Spring White’ laminate doors, along with infills and end panels to cover the exposed ends of the locker rows.

Each compartment was completed with accessories of circle laminate numbering and fitted with a Lowe & Fletcher camlocks, which is a great option for a secure lock, assuring each user that their personal belongings are safe and secure. The lockers were installed with stands that have adjustable feet. This ensures that the laminate locker units are perfectly levelled and securely positioned. The stands were also cladded with laminate in ‘Spring White’ to match the aesthetic of the lockers, providing a sleek and clean appearance.
